By purchasing a package through Ravens Trips, you are subject to the following terms and conditions: 

General Terms:
Unlike most companies, Ravens Trips does not charge hidden fees. You will only pay the price listed. We DO NOT impose a 3% handling fee that is standard in the industry. However, there is a $15 shipping and handling fee assessed all orders. All prices are subject to change with notice.

Shipping:
In response to fraudulent transactions, we will only mail documents and tickets to the billing address associated with a credit card billing address. We will provide a tracking number on all orders. All documents and tickets will be received a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of the game.

Deposits:
While we do not offer a deposit option through our website, we can accommodate a deposit option unless the game is within 60 days of booking. For packages that include air transportation, we require a $250 (per person) non-refundable deposit. For packages where air transportation is not included, we require a $150 (per person) non-refundable deposit. The remainder is due 60 days prior to game day. Please contact us if you would rather make a deposit than pay in full.

Seating:
In order to protect the privacy of our customers, we do not divulge information as to the exact row and seat location of the tickets.  We will be able to give you a general idea of the section the seats will be located in.

Lost Tickets:
After receiving your ticket and document package, Ravens Trips is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to 60 days before the date of the game will be refunded the cost of the package lest the deposit. The deposit is considered a part of the payment whether or not the package is paid in full at time of purchase.

Availability:
If the package you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you immediately and do our best to offer an alternative.

Hotel Rooms:
For packages with double occupancy, you reserve the right to choose either a king bed, or two beds. For packages with triple or quad occupancy, you will be given a room with two beds (roll away beds are not always available, and are given at hotels discretion). Requests for adjoining rooms and smoking rooms will be honored on a first come first serve basis.

Hotel Charges:
Upon check-in at the hotel, you will be required to provide a credit card that will be used to pay for incidentals (i.e. phone calls, room service, mini bar, etc.)

Game Changes:
In past extreme situations, the NFL has rescheduled the time/date of games. Ravens Trips is not responsible for NFL scheduling changes of a game.  As a result of the new flexible scheduling in the NFL, Ravens Trips had made a point to extend all trips until Monday to make sure that customers are not affected by time changes.

Package Changes:
In the event that changes are made to an existing reservation (i.e. name changes) you will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Changes to reservations that include airline transportation will result in a $100 processing fee per person (these fees are passed along by the airlines).
